They said “Men by nature always need something more!”

February 27, 2007

“Men by nature always need something more!” Did you say this? Did I say this? Then who did?

Men by nature always need something more. What thing? How much more? Nature? Am I included there? Is our Programming Teacher included there? Is my PK character included there? Or is it refering to all Men.

Honestly, i never heard of this saying. Nor has the net. I actually researched more about this kind of saying and I had been bad in searching since I did not find any actual results to collide with the saying. But as time passes on (in my watch its 11:47pm), I realized that this is actually quite true, not only to Men, but to all.

Whether we like it or not. We do crave for something more. Its because of Jelousy, greed and selfishness. We tend to get more than what is needed for us. We crave for something more delicious, strong, higher, easier or even mightier. Even if we dont need it, we would consider them as a need, thus the term "Need" in the sayings.

Why by nature? Because its our nature to crave and "need". If we have some low-end phones, we "need" high-end ones, because its the technology era. Whether we want to be a part of this or not. We are a part of it.

“Men by nature always need something more!”

Why Many Skillful Filipinos are working abroad?

Have you ever heard of the S with the double bar? or as we say, $ or Dollar? or the Y with the equal sign in the middle, or as we say Yen? These are just examples of the answers needed for the question Why Many Skillful Filipinos are working abroad?.

Nowadays, people tend to get course degrees in college, for them to graduate with flying colors and get away from the country, we know and love (or not). Nursing became a very demanding course in the Philippines because other countries are in need of Nursing. We can only count nursing graduates that stays in the Philippines to become a nurse or a C.I., almost all went to America or other neighboring and miles away countries.

The first ever thing that comes to people’s mind when they want to work abroad, is not experience but money. And those who go abroad are not the "low-leveled mind" kind but the smart ones. They apply and get jobs that is high in salary. So, not only we lose Filipino people but skillful ones. They are only thinking of money and how they will give it to their loved ones waiting at the Philippines.

They need money to help their loved ones. But why abroad? They give high-salary? Can Peso compete with Dollar? Guess.
